Lisa joined the Young Dementia Oxfordshire Team as a YODA at the beginning of April 2021. She has 5 years’ experience of supporting both people with a diagnosis of ‘autism spectrum disorder’ and their families. She brings all her knowledge and expertise in supporting people to this role.
Lisa’s role within the young onset team is to provide information, guidance, signposting and emotional support for people with young onset dementia and their families. Part of Lisa’s role is to host regular groups to enable people to meet others in a relaxed environment and share their experiences.
Normal working week Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
