“I had the pleasure of joining Dementia Oxfordshire in October of this year 2023. Previously, I have worked in the care industry for over twelve years and had the privilege of supporting ladies, gentlemen and their families living with dementia. I am very keen on a person-centred approach, based on Tom Kitwood, seeing the person, not their dementia, but know that I will never stop learning as everyone’s journey is different.
I am also passionate about ensuring that there is education and information available ensuring that communities and services are readily supporting families and their ongoing needs.”
