Our Carers’ Workshop takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of the month and is a wonderful opportunity for carers to learn more about dementia, connect with others in a similar situation, maintain their well-being and navigate the journey of caring for someone with dementia, in a safe and warm environment.
Each month we’ll tackle a different difficult theme, where we welcome guest speakers to come talk to us about a wide range of issues and opportunities.
This month we’ll be joined by Silvertime Legal who will be able to talk to us about estate planning, wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Interestingly, they will help us understand the implications of sideways disinheritance and how you could avoid it.
