Our Carers’ Workshop takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of the month and is a wonderful opportunity for carers to learn more about dementia, connect with others in a similar situation, maintain their well-being and navigate the journey of caring for someone with dementia, in a safe and warm environment.
Each month we’ll tackle a different difficult theme, where we welcome guest speakers to come talk to us about a wide range of issues and opportunities.
This month we’re welcoming one of our own. Melissa Spearman, from our dementia education team, will lead an education session and empower us to support ourselves and those living with dementia through a better understanding of the condition.
Joining is completely free and everyone is welcome! 😊
The Ampleforth Pub is located close to Oxford Bus routes and has plenty of parking.
