Could you help make your town more accessible for people living with dementia?

There’s still time to complete the Oxfordshire Dementia Action Alliance survey, designed to find out how organisations in your town can better accommodate people who are living with dementia.

Who are the ODAA?

The Oxfordshire Dementia Action Alliance represents the voices of people living with dementia, their carers, and family. They campaign and influence local organisations, businesses, and authorities to make sure everyone does their bit to meet the needs of people living with dementia..

The survey

You can complete the survey here. The survey is anonymous and you will not be asked for any personal information.
