Our Carers’ Workshop takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of the month and is a wonderful opportunity for carers to learn more about dementia, connect with others in a similar situation, maintain their well-being and navigate the journey of caring for someone with dementia, in a safe and warm environment.
Each month we’ll tackle a different difficult theme, where we welcome guest speakers to come talk to us about a wide range of issues and opportunities. This month we’ll be joined by Admiral Nurse Fran Mada. She’ll be talking about delirium, what can cause it, and how we can prevent or lessen the effects of it.
Joining is completely free and everyone is welcome!
The Ampleforth Pub is located close to Oxford Bus routes and has plenty of parking.
