Do you want to talk to one of our Dementia Advisers in a friendly space and get your questions answered?
Taking place on the last monday of every month, from 2:00pm – 4:00pm, Elmbrook Court Care Home opens its doors to welcome everyone.
The friendship cafe invites the whole community to come along and engage with eachother, aiming to combat loneliness in and around the area.
Tea, coffee, and cake will be provided.
