The DVDs are produced by Age UK Oxfordshire’s Physical Activity Service and have been developed specifically for people living with dementia to encourage exercise at home – a great way to help prevent falls and improve health and wellbeing.

Is this still available, how much does it cost and would you send to a care home in Cheltenham Gloucestershire. Im a team leader on a dementia unit, and this would be a great activity
