Ann works in the Witney area, she has been with the service since September 2018 and previously worked in the NHS. She is a member of the Dementia Action Alliance Group, working to raise awareness in the local community by initiatives such as the annual ‘Turn Witney Blue’ event held during Dementia Action week.
“ I am committed to ensure people living with dementia continue to live quality lives and remain within their local community for as long as possible. My role involves signposting clients, their family and carers to the numerous support and activity groups in the Witney area. I work in close partnership with memory clinics and the primary healthcare teams to provide client-focused care and support.”
Ann has a nursing background, a BA degree in Health and Community Studies, together with an Independent Prescribing qualification at degree level. She previously worked with people diagnosed with Neurological conditions and associated dementias.
