Emily joined the Dementia Oxfordshire team in September 2022. Prior to being a stay-at-home mum, she worked in a residential care home as a residential team lead and the dementia team lead.
Emily has gained a number of years experience in caring for those with dementia, both in a home setting and in care homes. This has given her great knowledge of dementia and how it affects everyone differently. She has also successfully obtained both a level 2 and level 3 diploma in health and social care, while also attending many training sessions over the years to further her knowledge.
“I am very passionate about supporting those living with dementia and those caring for them. I want to ensure they still live life to the fullest and always receive person-centred care.”
