Jenny joined the Young Onset Dementia Team in October 2024.
Jenny has 16 years’ experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Including working with individuals with Dementia in various care settings. With a passion for supporting people to live life to the fullest. Jenny strives to enhance and make a positive difference to people’s lives during challenging times.
Jenny has a level 3 in Health and Social Care and a Level 5 in Leadership of Social Care services as well as other related care training.
Jenny’s role within the Young Onset Team is to provide information, guidance, signposting and emotional support for people with Young Onset Dementia and their families.
Normal working week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
